Mixed emotions really. Dont mind the fella, hope he has the same mindset as Moyesie, if he has will be happy. Prob wont go down too well on here, but I would like to see Phil Neville with him, he knows what Moyes was trying to do and would keep some continuity going. Just my opinion like

Happy with the idea of him being here, given what we know (or feel we know) about his strengths as opposed to his weaknesses.

We'll get more attacking football than under Moyes, but a worse league placing...at least initially, because we'll see more of the whole squad than we did under Moyes and his emphasis on a core of 15 or so experienced players.

Right now I'm very happy.

I think we may have dodged a bullet in not going for Laudrup, however feasible is would have been. I'm not sure if Pereira had the relevant experience to manage a PL club and I never knew enough about Rangnick to have an opinion of him.

There's something very endearing about Martinez, not least because he seems incredibly nice. I just have a good feeling about this appointment for some reason. It just feels right.
