With numerous clubs already wielding the axe, many of the notable survival specialists already seem to have jobs so it may be difficult for them...not a club noted for sackings, Stoke owners need to appoint quickly in the hope of doing some business in this transfer window.
Pulis has just took over at Boro. You can currently get Pulis at between 22/1 up to a whopping 50/1 with Betway, which I could actually see happening if no one else is available.
Oh yeah, I forgot about that one.Pulis has just took over at Boro.
I will give you 100/1 if you want ?
I hope they get relegated. They have been in the prem too long.
Hughes has consistently failed at what he offers though. Allardyce up to this point and if you ignore the England job has always been hired as a firefighter and he's succeeded at saving clubs in trouble time and time again. Hughes has always eyes above his station. He got the City job and lauded it over the likes of us when trying to sign Lescott claiming he was at a club that could match his ambition.... ultimately he couldn't match theirs. He promised QPR they wouldn't ever be in a relegation battle again after taking them over. I can't remember if he was the managed who got them relegated or if he was sacked beforehand but he certainly didn't help. He came into Stoke promising the fans they would never play the Pulis way again, spoke of challenging for Europe and the top 4 and call the Stokalona nonsense because he’d signed a few big club rejects and now look at them. Ultimately Hughes has never left a club in a better state than when he found it.He'll get another job before you know it, he's one of a number of Premier League career managers who never seem to struggle to get a job in this league. Then again, you could put Sam Allardyce in this category.
