Again you are misquoting me. I did say silva & Brands are buying younger players. But main point which you seem to be forgetting is I said they bought a lot of players 27/28/29. And that is true. And no stats will tell you different

No, that's what you inferred. If you read what I said, I noted that the two buying philosophies, specifically pertaining to the age of players, isn't actually all that different. And it isn't.

Think it's important to remember how much was spent on said "over age" players.

Great post. And how do you attract these established internationals with no European football? How do you pay them when you've got the flotsam and jetsam of three previous managers still on the books?

It's so easy, it's a wonder every club isn't doing it!

And why they would leave thes clubs.
