Pkenty of options out there beyond a Moyes. Actually sell the ambition to them and maybe we get a manager who we dont consider possible. Not a top class manager, heavens no. But some of the managers really making a name for themselves.

Not just pace but slow in the mind

When you look at the players (ignoring those injured) theres only 5 who should be starting.

Pickford, Mina, Digne, Iwobi and Richarlison.

No matter who the manager is...youre only as good as your weakest link and sadly there is a massive gulf between them and the rest.

Silva or Any of the other highly rated managers i mentioned will still need a lot more players to make this a competitive side.

in my opinion I’d say 99% of the board want him gone, but the 1% who owns 50%+ of the club is trying to save face

MF-- Either Schneiderlin or Baningime and hes gone with experience

FW-- Richarlison picks himself but Tosun, Walcott and Sigurdsson are dreadful.

Really

Pickford made some great saves and no chance with the goals

Digne made a top class goalscoring tackle, was up and down and was having a heated chat with Silva when Coleman came on

Richarlison was literally fighting for every ball and being dragged back by their players...he was doing all he could and kept taking the ball off them. He was isolated away from the box and needs to be in the box as much as possible.


Those 3 were our best players before the subs, in fact i voted for Richarlison as motm

I don't think the board are quite done with Marco yet, but if they were,or if I'm wrong and they are done with him the solution is obvious. Whatever happened at Spurs, and if Everton are insistent that the 'project' lives on, the best available is Poch for various reasons. Available. Point to prove. Wants to play attractive football. We will spend money,more help than he got at Spurs. Amongst all the failings currently, Everton very occasionally show a glimmer of what might be. Persuade Poch that our amibition is real and not just PR and its a goer. For once let us take advantage of another clubs mistake. We ARE a big club, lets start showing the rest that we are.

Imagine having a run of games to start the season like we had and coming out with 14 points, it was the opposite for Koeman when he had every one of the top 6 had to deal with Europa league and still had more points after the same amount of league games, and he got sacked so one has to ask how the current joker is still employed at the club.. full staff clean out needed from Silva right on down, all coaches gone physios gone anyone who has anything to do with coaching, fitness, conditioning and diets everyone of them shiped out. There's something is rotten somewhere and the only way to get rid of it is by carpet bombing the whole lot. We are saying the exact same things about Silva as we did about Koeman and Martinez yet the likes of Ferguson is still hanging around like a bad rash... out now the whole fu$k1ng lot.

Under a competent manager, even with our current set of players, we don’t lose against Villa, Bournemouth, Sheff Utd, Norwich, Burnley and Brighton. All in the first 13 games. Give your head a shake.
