If the only options where see the season out with Silva or to BFS back in I’d go with the latter, in a heartbeat.... that’s how worrying this situation is, that’s nearly a quarter of the season done and we have 7 points. We’re actually getting worse. Being honest the points we did get were hardly convincing. If he stays we will be bottom 6 and at the mercy of luck to survive.

BFS wouldnt come back, he wasnt liked and was sacked when he wanted another season, I think Moyes is the potential safe and steady option if it comes to it

It should be the opposite, as it allows us time to get a new manager installed with a few training sessions under his belt.

We shouldn’t want our stupid club Sacking any more managers until we know we have the next long term appointment ready. We are not bad enough to be sacking for some dumb fear of relegation so I’d want them holding fire until the new permanent guy is ready.

But as somebody who wanted him given time I always based it on him showing us enough during that time to warrant patience. I can’t argue with anybody saying he hasn’t shown us enough up to now.

Lots of mitigating circumstances including cowardly players but it’s always gonna be the manager that changes. The majority of the games under him have been weak performance wise.

If we do twist instead of stick I’d want a promising manager again with the possibility of success and growth rather than ANY safe steady option.

Most starting are his players/signings now though...

Why do we need to save him? We need this break to save our club, not him. Get rid of him is a good start for the club.
