Personally I think if we got 1 point from Palace, Sheffield, Bournemouth and Villa then why give him our next run of "easy" games before we face a good bulk of the big 6. I'm not for hiring and firing, I think the board and players mainly have a lot to answer for but unfortunately it's Silvas job to get them playing and get results and he's not doing that. No idea who we get in but I think it's insane if the board are willing to waste the international break which would give a new manager time to settle and change things and risk losing more points. We're on course for 34 pts as it stands if this form continues. With our squad we should be finished on 60 at least.
