Not many managers lose their 3 key midfield players in the first few games. Thing is, you can't afford to have unlucky managers however good they otherwise are.

Performed his role with dignity and never disrespected the club in any way.
He did his best ,it wasn’t good enough sadly.
But he was undermined by poor recruitment and injuries.
His run of games at the end of last season showed us what could have been, with a bit more luck and better recruitment from our DoF.
Wish him well for the future anyway.

Glimpses of a good manager in him, but they didn't appear frequent enough and obviously he has a lot to learn, still.

I thank him for trying and staying cool with how he was handled. With the league being so tight I think it wasn't impossible for him to turn it around, but in the end his inconsitency doesn't guarantee he would've. Right decision to sack him in the end, but could've been made earlier.
