The club have been spending TV cash in advamce of getting it for years. Moshiri continued that strategy. It's really not Dave, we spent before we sold Lukaku and spent before we sold Gana, neither of which happened with TV money

And the Lukaku and Stones sales alone brought in £150M.
'his cash'
made me laugh that one
funny how his wealth has gone up since owning us like
Player sales + massive increase in TV revenue. THAT's were the cash came from.

Oh yes we have......We haven't since Moshiri came on board, why would we need to anymore?
He's bought debt and bought his shares = no largesse. But its not, the clubs official accounts show that Moshiri has given the club interest free loans totalling 250m.
But please, just keep chatting wham about TV money and Lukaku.

Martinez wasn't the issue, the players were.
I always believed that a combination of Tim Howard (who left 3 seasons too late) and the board going after Funes Mori at £6.5m when Van Dijk was Roberto's first choice at £11m.
We ended up getting screwed for £9.5m in the end. Typical Everton of that era. An actual Premier League goalkeeper and Van Dijk/Stones as centre halves and Roberto would still be in charge.
thought that alot myself tbh
the football got stale regardless of the defence too, we had a season of Cleverley/barkley/naismith playing left wing for example
I think so too. And his first mistake was not allowing Baines to go to United. He then poisoned the well.I always believed that a combination of Tim Howard (who left 3 seasons too late) and the board going after Funes Mori at £6.5m when Van Dijk was Roberto's first choice at £11m.

Roberto also wanted Andy Robertson! He signed some absolute garbage (the cheap signings) but he did bring in some great players when he had money.
