Under Martinez, you knew it was the same formation week-in week-out with very similar substitutions, and it wasn't too dissimilar under Silva for most his tenure.

Koeman didn't even have tactics the fat bulb head.

The stubbornness is what got Martinez and Silva sacked. Sticking with exactly the same setup week in week out when it was clear we’d been figured out for months.
