Love the fact Carlo is willing to try new shapes and formations, may not always work, but it’s refreshing to all the previous managers we’ve had who’ve been so rigid in their setup.

Under Martinez, you knew it was the same formation week-in week-out with very similar substitutions, and it wasn't too dissimilar under Silva for most his tenure.
