Barkley should have been taken off. His weight of pass has been unusually poor.

First 15 mins I thought we'd turned up as we were quite assertive in our play. It's faded to a disjointed mess the further into the game we've got.

Two league games running now in which we haven't capitulated, but simply haven't shown up in the first place. The players giving up the ghost so early in the season is surely a reflection of their apathy towards the Martinez 'vision'. At least in previous monstrosities this season the players actually turned up.
