Happy with a point, I'd have taken that at the start.

But the reaction and lack of attacking threat to them once they went down to 10 men was really poor.

Phew. Would've taken 1-1 all day but you could argue that we should've done more to take control in the second half. They battered us in fairness.

Just going to pick out a few players to comment on.

Jagielka outstanding, Holgate quality but one costly moment unfortunately. Davies extremely disappointing, and Schneiderlin well and truly conned by the referee and Aguero. We have to appeal that, there can be no way it would be upheld. DCL man of the match for me, and Rooney excellent too.

Extremely disappointed to have been backs to the wall the entire game even with having an extra man, I guess that's where Bolasie could have come in very useful for us.
