Feel sorry for Holgate as he's only a young lad and played impeccably for most of the game, however at this level one mistake can easily cost you.

The biggest issue we have is have just been hoofing it up the field for the past 20 minutes, when we have space with the ball in our half we need to try and dribble and calmly pass it out. But its the old way of thinking that has cost us the lead in this game.

That and a mistake header by Holgate.

To be fair to Koeman, his sub to bring Williams off was probably an attempt to get us on the front foot and exploit the advantage. Instead, we mentally capsized like it was 2009.
