Had enough now, we aint going anywhere under this regime & manager just might aswell pack up, seems the entire football club has anyway, my dad passed away over christmas and i'm glad he's not here to see this debacle

Sorry to hear that mate. And agree about this "regime". Hopefully now his days impersonating an Everton manager are numbered

I agree to some extent but to keep doing it becomes a broken record. We play too deep with officials having to make too many decisions.

So you're saying because the referees have to make so many decisions it's Martinez's fault?

Officials are there to get decisions correct. COUNTLESS times this season they have got decisions wrong, costing us massively. This is on the officials, as was Chelsea.

Hard luck lads: a very good defensive display, but no teeth upfront. Where's Naismith when you need him? Oh yeah...... knew you'd come to regret that before long, Roberto, but you can redeem yourself by buying us a top class striker in the next few days. Overall it was a pretty decent, and very spirited team performance. No way am i going to blame the guys on the pitch tonight. You did your very best, but in the end you just couldn't pull it off against the twelve men.

So tell me: what's the POINT of watching football anymore, when it isn't an even playing field? It's no longer a sport, it's a pantomime.

It was so nice of the linesman to get up in time to call the offside against us near the end. F--- YOU, FA. You're as bent as FIFA, and you know it. The thing is, an increasing proportion of the fans are cottoning on to you. Your days are numbered.

Never mind though. Watch us shoot up the league with the help of the penalties we're owed.....

As for Man C (leaving aside the cheating b---------- who were trying to get our lads carded): i'm sorry to see De Bruyne get that injury. He's one of the classiest players in the game.

Unlike with the Swansea game, the guys can hold their heads up in pride today.

Anybody who doesn't think that the home crowd are now losing us points at Goodison need to have a hard think about things.

Joel wasn't involved enough to convince me one way or another, but on the strength of what i've seen i'd like to see him have a run of games in the Premiership. Certainly his distribution looks better than Howard's.

Where's Davek, anyway? What's your take on things now then?

There goes a genuine chance to show the likes of lukaku that we can go on and be successful here.

What makes this worse is that I'm not surprised. Sitting here I'm not gutted looking at the score, I'm just fed up.

It's easy to think about hindsight, but 38m for Stones? Crikey - we woudn't be 12th and looking over our shoulders now if we'd have been able to invest that.

We were playing the gazillionaires and arguably best team in the land in a two legged semi final so we had no right to walk through as lots seem to expect here. To get through over two legs we would have had to be absolutely at the top of our game and them to be slightly below par. Unfortunately we were not good enough and it hurts but some serious overreaction here as is to be expected after a loss in a massive game but a bit of perspective needed. No manager would guarantee us a win in similar circumstances and we are out by one goal over 180 minutes.
