Sack and have Unsy play 3/5 at the back each week for the rest of season. Sell Gans and any other older players (Walcott, Coleman, etc) you can get out the door between now and next season.

Give Marcel full license to purge the club of all of our cowardly wage thiefs. Play some kids in their place. Clean f****** house and let Marcel find his man who starts fresh next season. This one is over.
 
I have to say, an old, steady hand on the tiller could well be the way to go here. Someone who can organise a defence, but whose teams play nice football. A manager who can get the team to play with a smile on their face.

As to who that is, not a clue!!
 
I voted Didn't want him in the first place and want him out. I can't see him going anywhere until the Summer at the very earliest.
