This. There are decent players in the squad. Think they are too comfortable and always seem to be enjoying practice and joking around. Need a manager to get after them and name some names in press conferences. Accountability needed.

We should have got Eddie Howe when we got Silva. Problem is now we have a load of overpaid tripe, and they won't play for Howe the way his current team does. If we were starting a rebuilding process, and getting in a load of new, young, keen players I believe he would do a decent job.
