It really wasn't
Have a look how hard he tried to hit it - he just mis-kicked it and it fell to Falcao
100% this, but everybody will convince themselves otherwise because he cost so much money so must be capable of disgusting passes to make them look like terribly mis-hit shots.

People who keep saying weve had a hard run in for the reason weve won 1 game all season are boring. Supposed be a top 4 contending team so there really is no excuse for throwing away a win vs arsenal, leicester, palace and now united.

Every game since the Chelsea one (which I fumed over) I've tried to be optimistic and take the positives out of rather than negatives, but Palace was inexcusable and disgraceful and a game we should have never lost. The derby left us all feeling slightly more optimistic and some of the more naive fans may have believed it would kick-start the season but obviously not after yesterday and another frustrating performance. Tim Howard who can sometimes be great and other times quite woeful has again cost us in my opinion 3 points because after Naisy scored I could only see one team winning. We had the momentum. Baines missing a pen at Old Trafford when it mattered was absolutely guttering and I was in complete dismay. I said to the person next to me at the match 'anyone but Stones' when I noticed someone go down and just our luck...a vital player injured for probably at least 2 months, absolutely guttering. I'm starting to get annoyed with Martinez now, he was positive after the Swansea, Palace and now Man U result. When is it time to criticise the players and 'rip into them'? A missed opportunity is the best phrase the describe the last week and a half as an Evertonian. Onwards and upwards.

I think it was a pass, like the one he one he set up for Mata against Leicester.

At no time in any game is that ever going to be anything else other than a shot. He adopts a shooting stance, he puts a lot of power on the ball but he mishits.

I honestly thought it was a good performance from Everton. Should have been at least draw with the free hits at goal Everton had in the last minute. Season could kick on now after all the hard games and why does Naismith always score against the big teams? He always gets into good positions it's like the opposition can't even see him, he just ghosts in between the lines.

You have answered that yourself mate. That, and being him actually more invisible the closer you are to him. In the floodlight games, you can actually see his brain.

Martinez is overestimating a very depleted Everton squad -
a bad pre-season and Europe on a Thursday night is taking its toll -
the worst mistake any aggressive side can make is to leave its flanks open -
our midfield is not strong\creative enough to play the modern aggressive game -
and our back 3 lacks pace to plug all the holes at the back with our def mids playing so high-
by hook or by crook Roberto will have to start winning games -
big changes are needed in strategy and the way he uses his subs

Lol I like his paleness. The closest we have to that I think is Mertesacker.

What do you think I mean? :D
