name a worst midfield than can, lucas and wijnaldum in midfield for Liverpool against us then
I don't know last season at Goodison was horrendous. I can't really tell who the midfield was but the team had Sahko Moreno Milner Can Ings and Lucas. Some of the teams they played with Kyrigios or whatever his name was were bad including a Rodriguez, Kuyt and N'Gog frontline although they did have Gerrard and Mascherano

At the end of the day yes it's disappointing to concede in the last minute is bad, but they hit the bars twice, had a disallowed goal and other chances so really we can't be too disappointed. A draw at Old Trafford isn't the end of the world, particularly given our injuries, plus Saturday's result. Keep our heads up hopefully beat Leicester, onwards and upwards.

I meant in terms of their performances this season. Their 6th, we're 7th. We both rely on a star striker to score the vast majority of our goals otherwise we'd be way further down. We've won the exact same amount of games. We've both lost at home only once all season. We absolutely should not be happy with anything other than a win against them.

Putting it that way, fair enough. They have massively under performed though - several heads on their overpriced blocks at their joint over the summer.

I used to like United a bit. At least I found them more tolerable than a lot of the other teams in title contention. Can't stand them now that they constantly whinge about teams sitting deep and referee decisions like 20 years of everything going their way should continue forever. Plus they have some seriously unlikeable players like Herrera, Pogba and Young. Hope they crash out of the Europa League to someone truly awful

No debate about it.

Kudos to the lineman for spotting it and having the balls to give it.
This again shows how little many fans and commentators actually know about rules. Yesterday our finnish commentator was like "oh, thats so oo clear offside"

It was same thing with the insident earlier this season where player passed ball back to his keeper with thigh...whole stadium was demanding a foul

Kev the man of the match for me. Up for this occasion. My beloved Tom D spent the night chasing shadows. Would love to hear from older heads, why they think that happened. Thought we looked like the real deal in first half albeit that Utd side is complete crap compared with previous years. But you know what? You can only beat what's in front of you and I need an Everton team that knows the difference between past greatness and present form. Starting with the Shight.

Bolassie would have been a great substitute to run at that United defence for the last 30 minutes.

Points dropped but credit to the players for showing the fight that was missing on Saturday.

.....come on folks, Gareth Barry, though. What a player.

Bizarre substitutions for me. We could've got another goal if we made more of the situations we had and at this stage D C-L doesn't look the type to make that impact. It was crying out for Lookman as far as I was concerned but I don't want to detract from a much improved performance.

Gareth Barry, though. Come on folks, appreciate what we have because he won't be around for much longer.

Let's be realistic and establish perspective here too; we're bemoaning Man United snatching a draw against us at Old Trafford...

It was cruel; it was a brutal (and typically Everton) way to finish. It was painful and a little embarrassing.

But it's HARDLY a thumping by a team we would have expected to beat.

I'd have snapped your hand off for a draw at the start of the game and I bet the vast majority of you all would have done too!!

Absolutely but it doesn't make me feel any better. Actually feel worse this morning.
