Getting to the point where I am expecting to be cheated now. Sick and tired of it. Compare the pens we should have had v Reading and Arsenal then look at that there. It is outrageous. Sick of being furious.

I am begining to think the refs are stopping us from a 4th place spot over recent weeks & that pen today was a joke of a pen it happens everyweek if teams went to stoke they would get 6 pens per game!
Felli breathed on him a blatant dive =pen!

If refs had been normal,we should have won against Newcastle, had 2 more pens agains Wigan, pen against Arsenal , and that was not a foul against Norwich before their goal, so please ref can we have a pen 2nd half after Jelavic dives without any contact

So much pushing going on in the penalty area before Fellaini drags back Dzeko, should have been a free-kick to us in retrospect. Blatant push at the front post.

I think it was a penalty but what annoys me is that the bigger teams do that kind of thing to smaller clubs attackers all the time and refs never give pens against them.

Refs are such bottlers.

It's not corrupt in that there's a conspiracy, it's just that we seem to get shafted every single week and this stupid penalty just confirms that either
a) we play in a way that makes officials want to favour the opposition (ie, no snides)
b) the officials are consistently more intimidated the other team than us (because we have no snides)
c) the kopites are right and itz fergey and 'iz anti scouse gender

This I simply have to know more about!

There was one there where Toure booted Fellaini about knee height three times then Barry nailed him off the ball 20 minutes after the ref blew his whistle. How were neither booked?

How good does Gibbo look? First half hour he bossed that midfield and looks utter quality.

So unlucky that they basically got given a goal. We should all be used to it now though. I'm just sick of refs.

it is just our luck that we are the ones appanlised for such an offence though, the fact it was away to a team near the top of the table, would it have been given against a stoke away? maybe not.

seriously when was the last game we had a big call not go against us though? we've had a lot of 50/50's go to the opposition and it is downhearting - sort of the difference between where we are now and man city's points tally

BBC Sport pundit Robbie Savage on Final Score:
"I think it is a soft one, the penalty decision for City. Fellaini has put an arm on Dzeko and he has gone down far too easily.

"There is no way a man of Dzeko's size goes down from that."

It's alright lads, Robbie knows we're right...

*keeps straight face

Sh*thouse penalty decision there, after seeing it again.

Sick to death of referees being spineless f*ckwits.

Spineless? I thought people wanted refs to give penalties for that sort of thing?

If he sees in amongst all the commotion someone having their arm pulled then its a foul right?

Sure, we'll probably have something similar in the second half and not get it but everything is different.

Our crying doesn't help, we need to full on abuse refs for these things not go "oh ref come on thats not a foul i can't believe it" and walk away shaking our heads.
