There is lots of truth in this, on the rare occasion he does get forward now, he is involved with overlaps and some good balls into the box, unfortunately, it is not very often due to formation

Agree. He’s not a great defender, and to take away his best attribute which is getting forward and putting crosses in makes him look worse.

Yeh, and Godfrey has not been as adept as covering for him when he does get forward, so its a lose lose!
