It amazes me the knowledge that some posters have about players in leagues all over Europe, some of these players are not even getting regular first team football for their clubs.
I had never heard of Digne up to a few days ago or the Colombian centre half until he played in the World cup.

Some people on here have far too much spare time on their hands. I am not being facetious, I am genuinely amazed with the knowledge some posters have... it doesn't mean I trust their assessment of the player

Well Digne has played regularly for Lille, PSG and Roma so hardly surprising people have seen him. Can get Brazilian football on BT as well.

Mina was linked to then signed a pre contract with barca -- lots of news on him but i only saw him in the WC.

Digne was a 'wonderkid' a few years ago and is solid but unspectacular.

I am just saying that i saw him play more than 50 times (not because i have "too much spare time", only because i m French and PSG fan) and you guys will be disappointed by Digne.

I don't understand how can you argue when you never saw him play one minute, moreover you judge him because he played in PSG, Barca and Roma.

Apparently you saw him play more than 50 times because you are a PSG fan, yet he only played at PSG like 29 times and that was like 3-4 years ago. He then was good enough for Roma to start most of the season and get a deal from Barca for 20M.

Yeah, I don't understand this. It's like people had never heard of Mina. He was like the next big thing out of Columbia. I do understand not having seen him, though.

However, Digne was a bigger prospect than Pogba at one point. Thought he even got a start in the 2014 WC. I know people have better things to do with their lives than maybe watch random French league teams, but Digne was playing all year at Roma and getting starts for Barca. Literally every Barca game is on TV at least here.
