Lids, im sorry, had a bit of time to reflect and i was just wound up. As BB said it is just a game, but i can't help it, it just gets to me. There is more to life than Everton, but i just get so into us that i let it wind-me up so much. I posted a thread about being obsessed months back and said when we lose i have a massive gob-on and when we win, i wanna shout about it from the roof-tops.

I just had a little moment, i was annoyed with thursday night and just read a few things that i thought were wrong and i let it wind me up. Of course people can voice their opinions and if i think there wrong, so what? I shouldn't let it effect me but i did and as i say im sorry.

Just wanna clear up aswell, definatly didn't mean to attack this excellent forum or the people in it, which may have come across. It was in no way an attack on anyone, as i say i was just wound up. Probably shouldn't have made this thread in the first place but there ya go!

Am back to loving you all whatever your opinion.

Oh and Reids - she mentions you all the time mate and wants to make up a Jack Rodwell song with you because 1) she thinks he's fit and 2) she likes your 'banter'. I'm sure she'l be touch soon on here...

I get the frustration in heat of the moment, outburst, understand that. But analysing it, bringing it forward and actually typing about it i don't get, sorry mate.

When i play footy if i screw a shot wide that i should of scored i get angry with myself in the moment. At the pub after i don't stay angry with myself and tell myself that because i missed a shot i should of scored i'm suddenly an awful footy player

I had my chance to cool down while held behind at least twice as long as the Hertha Berlin supporters were on Tuesday, due to a lot of supporters seemingly being of the opinion that crowding 'round the Portugese police & abusing them would lead to an early exit rather than a baton 'round the bonce.

It's a tie we could well have won, but I think we took the wrong approach in both matches & the chosen strategy didn't work. It doesn't mean we don't have a decent manager who has built a reasonable squad capable of beating most anybody on their day. It just means better decisions & better execution of those plans on a consistent basis is required if we're to see Everton actually start to win things. But I do believe it's now coming within touching distance. You see - that's what gets to you with Everton : the hope!
