As a concept its great but ultimately its flawed in practice.

Solving inequality will never happen just based off an economic system - as I mentioned in another thread Asian kids do brilliantly in school yet are a minority in this country - it can be down to a percentage of them coming from secure financial backgrounds (similiar to middle class white kids) but ultimately they place a big emphasis on education in their culture - something working class whites and black parents/families often dont do.

Ultimately If you have no desire to be educated and believe you are stupid its a self fulfilling prophecy and thats why many fall down the cracks in society and struggle later on in life.

Instead of the Left/Right acknowledging that they would rather play people off and tell working class whites its because of foreigners taking their jobs and blacks that its the nasty white man preventing them at every corner.

Ultimately nothing will change until this political system of ours does. At some point people have to draw a line in the sand on whats happened in the past (slavery, empire) otherwise how can people ever hope to move forward? Its like the people who still have a pop at Germany/Germans over the war at some point you have to move on and put the past to bed. Humans are a nasty species and history is littered with death and destruction in pretty much every country and society - why constantly harp back to it? Recognise it and learn from it but dont use it as a weapon against people/in politics.

People like Anthony Joshua & Tommy Robinson are the reasons why this country isnt united - both on respective sides with massive chips on their shoulders.

Bit much to equate AJ with Tommy Robinson.
