It's not agreeing opinion. It's right and wrong. Either agree or you are wrong in what you are saying.

It's everywhere now, it's part of the issue.

One day people will realise this when it's too late. It starts with upsetting minority groups who's feelings can't be hurt and ends up with sterile cookie cutter content. You won't be able to watch what you like once it's censored , you won't be able to hold your own opinion without a mob rule of telling you that you are wrong.

People will have to believe what they are told to believe , act how they are told to act and if you don't, you will be called to rights about it.

Don't believe me? Look at how many people get pulled in Twitter now for things from 10 years ago. Netflix pulling shows that no-one had an issue with. It's been going on a while without people noticing. Gone with the wind , one of the most beloved films ever made is now being pulled for offending . People apologising for content 20 years ago without a word being said for 20 years.

Like I said , 100 years ago this country rioted against black people. 100 years later they are rioting in the name of black people in this country. Riots , protests , vandalism , assault. Nothing has changed apart from what the people think is right this time around.

Oh yeah the article even explores that right at the start it was people taking the pee, but that somehow inspired actual discussions about relevance. The scary thing is about it is that we're one tweet away from a BAME account claiming that whites should be forced to have a Battle Royale from some braindead journalist treating it as a serious debating point.

No, I’m suggesting you aren’t that interested in what has actually happened because it conflicts with your opinion.

Your great grandparents probably were racist as was a lot of people. I know my great nan was racist god rest her soul. They literally rioted and attacked black people saying they had taken their jobs. Not sure how more racist you want it to be. Oh but people won't admit that , this country was racist for hundreds of years , slaughtering Africans simply to occupy their land. Whether you like it or not , the vast majority of britain has been racist.

Also, what's the length of riots on the country got to do with anything. You specifically said the people weren't rioting because they were protesting. You dismissed their actions based on your narrative of events.

It’s been pretty timid rioting in London tbh, seen worse at football matches including our match against Millwall not long ago. All a bit overhyped imo, especially compared to the Mark Duggan riots a few years back or what’s been happening across the pond.

There’s been no riots during the BLM marches here.

Riots are where all control is lost and there’s widespread destruction of cars / property / houses / shops / looting etc.

What we’ve seen is small percentage of tools creating public disorder at marches and there’s been some relatively small clashes with police.

Doesn’t make it right, as it isn’t, but describing what’s gone on as rioting is hyperbole.
