And ends with Best Wishes Kwasi Kwarteng

I'm confused.

I've now read that this is the normal protocol and not a mistake. It's been done like this for decades.

But that makes me even more confused

Never mind Excercise Cygnus, that revealed how unprepared the NHS was to deal with a pandemic and Hunt ignored the recommendations and did nothing. I think a Tory pointed this out when the pandemic was in full swing.
