Saying what i see is happening and criticising a backward religion is extremism? Ok lad
I'll refer to a post I made recently.
No one religion is more primitive than the other - they're all ridiculous. Christianity is just as 'backwards' as Islam.
The western world, dominated traditionally by Christianity, become more secular - the middle east did not. Therefore there is a fundamental ideological conflict, and it's a big reason why multiculturalism has generally failed, as it's been an attempt to put jigsaw pieces together that don't fit.
We have our values; they have theirs. And, unfortunately, it is pragmatically a case of 'us and them' in this respect.
^ This is a moderate critique of why Islam is fundamentally unfit to integrate into western society seemlessly.
The difference is I don't just call the whole thing backwards/inferior. It's not inferior; it's simply different. Christianity is in every way as stupid as Islam; the difference is we are less likely to follow it verbatim due to the western world being more developed.
It's about subtlety. Not just jumping on a bandwagon and being the stereotypical 'old man yells at cloud'.
