I was trying to decide if this one or the Jags thunderbolt one was a more satisfying 1-1 win.

After seeing Klopp's meltdown and kopites on twitter going mental I've decided this one is better.

Jags thunderbolt for me. The nonchalant celebration did it for me.

That said, the demented one getting laughed out of the press room today is on par with their Spanish idiots outburst and his Facts.

Now that’s a debate - which one of those idiots post match outbursts is funnier?

Fnarrrrr....lol

hooooooooooooooooooo.webp

I was quite surprised murphy said its a pen, didnt expect him to say that at all myself, its a pen all day long for me as ive said in here already

I think our set up and thinking behind it was simple.

How do you stop a quick front line scoring? Sit deep and narrow and leave no space in between the midfield and back 4. Leave 2 up top, a bit lad and a quick lad to hold it up and play off each other.

Considering how the game unfolded and their recent performances, to keep them down to 3 shots on target is one hell of a defensive effort. It looks even better when you consider our 20 year old right back, 21 year old centre half and martina at left back (who had a decent game by his standards)

DCL and Niasse didn’t work, the ball kept coming back at us and it was right to sub Davies at half time as well. We had a bit more about us going forward and it was one hell of a cross field ball to DCL to win the pen

We dug in and earned ourselves a good point. Klopp showed his true colours today, he’s everyone’s best mate until th8ngs don’t go his way. Bellend
