Doubt anything can match Pickford hitting the ball into the net on the 96th minute to be quite honest.

But I suppose hes gotta get them views back up after he had to have his bird fight his battles for him, the bunchy looking ferret.

It'll no doubt be behind the Patreon paywall.

Superimposed yellow breaking news banner.

Guys and gals, this MotM Poll for the derby doesn't close till 6.30pm on Thursday, so don't miss out... make your vote count ;);)

Calm now.

We showed up and gave an account for ourselves.
Can not remember saying that about our lot at the pit for a long time.

They are a top team these days with quality players and they struggled at times.
We are at the beginnings of creating a good side, then we need to keep going and have a good squad.

They thought they would smash us. You would have thought they won the league and cup double the way they celebrated.
They won a 'home banker' by a fluke.

We've come a long way very quickly with this set of players and we are a work in progress.

Our time will come.

The derby could never be put down as a "home banker". Your doing a disservice there. Even though it's been a long long time since a win there, the last 20 results or so are pretty 50/50 on wins for Liverpool and draws.

A game that's drawn as often as it's won is by no means a home banker. They celebrated because they beat their derby rivals who have been slowly and steadily creeping up on them. Beating us is a good result.

As for that result, it's not a week on and it still stings. The Newcastle result if anything has poured salt into the wound.
