The RS are guaranteed at least 4 points per season against Everton. It's infuriating. I was, however, pleased to see the team have a go this time round; but bleedin' hell, that winless 20-year-record at the pit is embarrassing.

Thought they dominated the 2nd half to be honest, but they resorted to chucking it long. I'm not upset by the result, if Origi had put the one in that hit the post I could have taken it, but that goal took me back to all the other traumas over the years. At the end it's only a football match and I'm a middle-aged man so I'll get over it, feel sorry for the kids who have to go to school tomorrow. Then again they won 3 European Cups when I was at Primary school so they still have it easier than me!!

It's easy to say 'just one of those' but WHY does it have to be in the derby every 'kin year???

It's clear as day that our priority lies in sorting the situation up at the top end of the pitch. We simply can't afford to keep squandering good opportunities like this as it's costing us.

An improvement on last year in terms of performance but, and I'm sorry to say this, it means jack all if we're still utterly incapable of putting them to the sword.

Getting completely annihilated by our dear neighbours at least twice a season is the cross all Evertonians must bear. I've come to accept it, and so should you.

We are cursed, thats one of the most bizarre goals I've ever seen and of course, it just had to come against them in the last second at mordor.

For once though, I wasn't ashamed of an Everton team going to those rats and playing with our heads held high.

So much respect for Marco Silva, hope we give him what he needs in January. I think he's a very special manager in the making.

Thats why this one feels 100x worse, we played well, we could have won, the way they got that winner is still frying my brain
