My only issue with the formation today was that it was putting a lot of pressure on the front 3 to pull some goals out of no where. When Mirallas went down the pressure rested on Lukaku and Naismith. While I really like Besic, McCarthy, and Barry they aren't goal scorers and they aren't creators. The only creative player in the side was Baines down at LB.

Personally I would have preferred him to have wound them up.

Jags is almost too classy to be captain but they do say the captain is a reflection of the manager so that's appropriate.
That was certainly true with neville and moyes. Glad our captain doesn't go running up to tv cameras and his interview after the game was also classy unlike stevie me

ANYONE SEE LUKAKU SCREAMING AT THEM?

Haha loving it here. They're pig sick and there is nothing in this world better than a stadium full of pig sick Kopites.

let his moment turn our season around

for the love of Everton

I would be thinking that it just might, if we hadn't also lost Kev on top of Ross and Pienaar being out.

Its going to take more time than expected to hit full stride now, and I dont think we will get consistency in the league for a while. However thankfully I think we will have enough to go through in the Europa and still be in that when we hopefully will have a fully fit attacking unit.

Goosebumps from that strike. They must be buzzing with confidence. It's cheered us lot up too. Feels like a win.

Loved big Dunc fist pumping off the bench at the end there.

Turning point of the season i hope.
As you say, confidence. Even though it was a draw, belting one top bin against your rivals in the last minute would do anyone the world of good.

Look what happens when you go long, they couldn't deal with it. Yeah we had no choice as it was closing minutes, but we should be trying this more regular throughout the 90 mins. Been victims of our own demise recently in playing 'to you to me' passing and not getting the ball up their end. We need to be doing that, you never know what'll happen. Too many free kicks come n go with no real threat as we are playing the ball along the floor far too often. Mix it up Bobby!
