Listen, you massive bulbs, of course he shoulders some blame as he is the manager after all.

But today, he picked a decent side, subbed early enough and watched his players play the occasion and not the game.

I'd be looking at Saha, Pienaar and others more than Moyes as they should have been on the pitch but contributed the best part of [Poor language removed] all.

He brought on Anichebe - who I'm sorry is on the same level as Barlow.

He could have brought on Coleman and shifted Neville to CM, and then we could have had attacking wingers and wingbacks on both sides, but he never. He never takes risks.

Every top top manager takes risks, and brings on players to shake it up. **** all changed once he brought on Yak and Anichebe.

We give him credit when he gets it right, you have to criticise when he gets it wrong.

I can't believe you think he picked the right side today and made the right changes.

Liverpool were ripe for plucking and we were failed.

You would have put Neville into midfield against ten men?

A cosy seat on MOTD beckons for you mate.

Like I said, what could he have done?

Like I said, Shanks, what should he have done?

Bring on Coleman and not Anichebe. Put Arteta on the right to win some freekicks, or get some crosses in, and have Neville in the CM to stem the counter.

Did anyone notice in the 2nd half we had no defensive midfielder on the pitch? Well we had 2 but they were out of position.

Like I say Moyes doesn't take risks, and regrets it after no doubt.

See above.

What do you mean cosy seat on MOTD?

I'm not stupid, I have watched football all my life and I can have an opinion on tactics and players.

I don't put defeats down to "That's just the way it is", because there are reasons - and even though I can't do anything about it personally, I like to still discuss it.

can't agree there should have had a second striker on at half time at least as osman was having no impact. and 70mins is very late in a game when you are losing

Place Arteta on the right who was at least trying to move the ball about and play in a pass?

Thankfully Moyes picks the team and the tactics mate.

We turned up, and predictably got beat. It was more down to experienced players on the pitch that didn't stand up when needed more than down to Moyes today.

So you honestly believe he picked the right team and the right tactics?

You think Anichebe was a good move? And what about having no defensive midfielder? a good move?

Your so wrong mate, sorry but I'm not having it.

We failed to create any chances. Any manager who can see that makes changes tactically or personnel and he made none.

Anichebe is taking some unfair stick on here lately.

Some of you need to have a word. He was doing very well for us down the right before he got crippled.

Just pointing out your inconsistencies, I'll let your words do the talking for me.

What would you have done Shanks?

Jamie Carragher is the biggest douchebag on the planet. Watch the first 20 seconds of the match again. That should have been the end if his day right there. No doubt he left the locker room planning to flatten piennar on his first tackle. That said, I think piennar played a poor game and may have let him get in his head with that.

Really disappointing getting up a man early and being outworked to a result. Donovan was only offensive threat but he didn't go for it enough. For usa or galaxy he would have gotten more selfish in a game like that. Even with the higher standard, he was the danger man and everton would have been well served if he turned and ran at goal 10 times instead of 3.

Well for a kick off he's not a right winger/midfielder - he's a striker, and an average one.

I don't rate him and never will. Think he has a massive chip on his shoulder and he thinks he's god. He never looks up when he should do. He has poor control and a bad attitude.

That's my honest opinion of him, and last time I checked we were allowed to voice opinion, whether or not people agree with them or not. It's not like it's a personal attack on the lad - I just don't rate him as a Premier League player and think we have better options.

Has to be a first on here. Someone check now.

bringing arteta on was ok. when they went down to ten men they pulled gerrard back into a defensive midfield. At this point all their attacking options from open play were all but gone.

we should have (especially after their goal) pushed our fullbacks further up the pitch and instructed them to get past our wingers as much as possible. i probably would have subbed neville for coleman early on, instead of bringing anachiebe on later.
We played with to much caution even at 1-0 down and made thinges easy for liverpool by going straight down the middle.

a little bit more ambition and bottle would have made lfc have to work alot harder
