Live Concerts

I sae The Pogues when they played at Blues football ground along with The Beat and UB40. Shane was so pissed he lay on the floor at one point and went to sleep while the band played on 😆
I was a huge Pogues fan. Went to see them in Belfast. Knew every word of every song but honestly couldn't make out which song they were playing. They'd certainly been on the lash, possibly the rum and who knows about the sodomy. Left early, never been so disappointed.

Spent Easter at the Inferno Metal Festival in Oslo, Norway.

Watched the following bands: 1914 (Ukraine), Svarttjern, Incantation (USA), Tormentor (Hungary), Forsmán (Iceland), Hulder (USA), Arachno, Nihilvm (Poland), Der Weg Einer Freiheit (Germany), The Kovenant, Groza (Germant), Mayhem, Darvaza (Italy), Whoredom Rife, Samael (Switzerland), Enslaved, Auðn (Iceland), Primordial (Ireland), Old Man's Child, Deicide (USA). Also watched a couple of songs of Kanonenfieber (Germany), which was awful, but most people seemed to love it.

The best gigs imo were Nihilvm, Mayhem, Enslaved, Hulder, Whoredom Rife and Old Man's Child. Also amazed as always to see how high the quality of every Icelandic black metal band is. There must be something in the water over there.

Overall I'd call this a proper Christian holiday.

I saw Rosalia the other night, it had everything. A 22 piece orchestra, speakers going around the arena playing almost gabber, ballet, opera. 99% of her lyrics are in Spanish but it doesnt detract at all

A generational artist who could easily be the next Bjork if she carries on with her unpredictability, which somehow always lands. I don't think I've ever seen so many 5 star reviews from everywhere

If festivals like Glastonbury want stay relevant someone like this should be headlining

Sorry I didn't grab a ticket for her shows here, but she was absolutely fantastic in primavera sound a few years

I've got bad bunny in two weeks!

Went to see Odyssey last week in Manchester, had never heard of them before (had heard some songs in the end), was a fun lil gig, except everyone kept calling me Crouch and asking me to move as I was blocking the view.

Ah nice, I think that would have been my fave time to see her although the LUX stuff was very cool. The range of the gig is hilarious when you see it in this video

Ah nice, I like a lot of the rolling drums beats he uses
