Our main problem atm is our best attacking players besides Kev all play best centrally Naisy Ross eto rom, so we have 4 people for 2 spots if they're going to play in their natural roles. If mcgeady was in better form Id say play him on the right then bring rom and eto on as subs.

McGeady has created the second most goal scoring chances in our team this season apparently.

Just not sure that he does tbh. Lukaku's problem is that we're not creating chances for him.

By and large, on the occasions we have, he's slotted.

Said for ages that should be te team we play, with Mirallas in for Kone when fit. Eto'o can rotate with Naismith, and Barry with Besic, when he has found some form.​
 

I think we need to get the balance right between having strength to outmuscle the Stoke grocks and the technique to play through them. They have a bit of pace on the wings but not really anywhere else in the team I don't think. If go for:

This is assuming stones and Mirallas are fit. If not I'd go for Alcaraz and pienaar. As frustrating as McGeady is he offers the pace that we've been lacking other than Mirallas and can get an assist even if he's struggled throughout the game like against QPR. Barry would bring a bit of extra strength in midfield and he can play a bit with stones, barkley and Naismith.

No one out of position. No 'false' wingers. Balance and Rom has some support rather than chasing the scraps.
