I mean I wouldn’t say it was that straightforward. We haven’t really been giving them chances so where’s the pathway for them? Lads want to to play. I’d much rather he left the club for game time than hung about leeching like Pennington.

Well yeah he should have been on the pitch instead of Rondon, but obviously being Everton we have created a problem instead of solved one.

Yeh and now we’re in kind of a too dangerous league position to use them in a way. I wouldn’t blame any of them leaving. If we were in the Championship we’d see a lot more of them I reckon.

£10-20k a week seems very reasonable for someone based on what weve been paying Rondon and Tosun.

The argument against is garbutt, galloway, pennington, baningime, etc. but I do tend to agree. If we rate him, we should make a competitive offer.

I think it's more about the message it will send. Other young players will then try to hold the club to ransom.
