Lescott : would you have him back?

With all due respect, i doubt some random lad who works for Nike would have a clue about our transfers. Certainly no more than some posters on this board.

Some random ginge can certainly convince the rest of us though!

It is probably all in my head but I feel like our CBs like never score.

On Sunday morning please say something like 'It is probably all in my head but I don't think our forwards ever score hat tricks'

I'd take Lesoctt back in heartbeat. The best side Moyes has ever put out was in 2007-2008 at which point the Jags/Lescott partnership was in full flow - we conceded only 33 goals through the season. Both Distin and Johnny have had their moments for us, but Lescott is a far better defender than either and I for one would welcome him back with open arms.

After seeing Heitinga tonight, I'd give Lescott a piggy back to Merseyside if it meant getting him.

Johnny needs to never darken our defence again.

Distin was amazing tonight because not only was he marking his player he was covering Heitinga too. Needs addressing.

I don't get it, from player of the season to this!

ONLY if J5 goes will we move for lescott, is my prediction.

Mancini just said on SSN, that Lescott "will not be leaving in January".

They all just talk rubbish, Rodgers said Carroll would be leaving over his dead body the day before he loaned him out. Moyes is always at it, saying we'll be signing no one then we do.

I don't reckon he'll leave until deadline day due to the ACN but I think he'll move on then.
