Leicester Sack Puel

Funny thing with Rodgers is that celtic are either making him to be a legend who ranks alongside the best or a traitor for their best manager leaving them for Leicester.

They had no rival Ffs. Rodgers had no rival and they buy everyone else's best players to keep themselves the best.

Be harder not to win everything

One season is too early to judge yet BFS got 6/7 months? Before he was hounded out by all our supporters. I find that a bit hypocritical.

Foreign managers with the perceived sexy names get longer, FACT! MS has performed worse than BFS despite having MORE money and a much stronger team, his teams follow the exact same pattern (See Hull and Watford) and he does not have the ability to turn that around. Sticking with MS next season is a gamble and potentially another season lost.

IF in any doubt he needs to go. 14th-16th is not good enough and I believe the board think that isnt good enough. We cant make the decision nor can anything we type anything on here make the board pull the trigger. We have to hope to god they get it right, Im not convinced but that is my opinion although a few seem offended that I can point out Silvas failings and have the stats to prove them!

TBH 62% want rid, that is the general consensus in the fan base.....

Alright, Rafael

This is how I see it.

Undoubtedly, Rodgers has used his reputation to bring a better quality of player in, and he’s probably too good for the SPL, but for me, that doesn’t make him a good manager, it means he done his job.

For me, the first sniff of pressure and he’s “nobly stepped aside”, as he seeks a “fresh challenge”... nonsense.

He’ll go down as Celtic’s most prolific manager with a 100% trophy success rate, and whether they hate him or not, they’ll never take that off him.

Very few manager in the last 10-15 years have successfully transitioned from SPL to English football. Lennon, McInnes, Neilson , Levein all spring to mind tbh.

I’ve always viewed the Celtic and Rangers jobs as novelty jobs. Both huge clubs, and good to have on your CV, but no one will take those trophies you won seriously. And once the novelty wears off, you get bored very quickly and want a job in England, even at a medium sized clubs.
