Leave Bill Alone...

You may be right about that but it all comes down to debt service.

How are we servicing that debt? Are we paying it down yearly or doing just enough to cover the interest costs?

From what I have heard covering the interest and that is a hefty sum.Its alright having huge debt if the club has someone to bankroll them if unforeseen problems occur. the likes of Man U have we alas have not(n)

Comparing Everton's debt to Manchester United or Liverpool's is like comparing the debt of a poor man and rich man. For a poor man, ten grand can be a huge sum while a hundred grand for a rich man can be small change.

Surely Bill needs to mark down that premium profit he was seeking on the shares and sell at market value. It's the right thing to do having overseen two failed ground moves and other cock ups.

Don't be funny. I was just putting things into perspective. Our debt is not as much as other clubs, so we shouldn't see it as a bad thing. Most clubs have debt, infact most people have debt.

They do, but not all clubs are willing to view the long-term. We need to be prudent in my opinion because I have a sneaking feeling that the EPL (sic) gravy train isn't going to go on forever. Those that have huge debts might well find that lenders are not as flexible as once seemed.

Yes let's leave poor Bill alone.

A club who has lost players and has a threadbare squad. Haven't signed one single player and it's the 7th of August.

We're a shambles.

An exaggeration of course, but still i think he is one of the best things to happen to Everton, and it annoys me when people want Kenwrights head, wanting him out. Like a spoilt kid, who constantly isnt satisfied.

Damn right. Listen folks. David Moyes is the reason we are not signing players yet. He isn't that great in signing players, as we know. There is evidence to prove this fact, as many have slipped through our fingers.

I'm not aware of any player other than mountino (sp?) that we've had a cast iron bid in for and even that was neevr a flyer becuase it was far to low.

I dont think BK picks the team does he? hes a chairman simple as that, someone who i might add should shut the hell up on any football related matters other than when the time comes for naming a new manager, thats the only time ANY chairman should speak and only then just to introduce the said manager.

So no BK is not an everton "legend" and its frankly ridiculus to say otherwise

There are still people who think Stalin is the best thing to happen to Russia ever. That's how it goes.
