You may be right about that but it all comes down to debt service.

How are we servicing that debt? Are we paying it down yearly or doing just enough to cover the interest costs?

Spot on Bill,if we're actually paying money off the debt then hey we're not to badly off..but if we're only covering the interest then we could well be up [Poor language removed] creek in the near future
