Last Film You Watched

Hmm. Strange one this, intriguing opening, then it gets a bit stagey but quite good, then a rather enjoyable cowboy odyssey, then a brutal finale with a hideous and unnecessarily voyeuristic scene. Can't make up my mind on it. Matthew Fox is t'riffic though, didn't realise it was him till the credits, and I really like Patrick Wilson.. dunno why really, don't think he's a brilliant actor even, just always like seeing him in the fillums.

Anyways, Bone Tomahawk.. not sure at all.

A treat of 2 great films today.

Saw The War Of The Planet Of The Apes, best trilogy official.

It's so good, like every little detail, just a really fantastic film from start to finish.

It's has a slow-pace to the film like a the great westerns of yesteryear but the film flys by and you won't be disappointed.

And tonight finally got round to Lucy, love Luc Besson, has a Kubrick-style mind to film and he stretches his stories with sound, colour and passion.

Gutted I never saw it on the cinema but a modern day classic.

Carry on camping

I've got to watch this again!

Just watched "The Circle" with Emma Watson and Tom Hanks.

That is without doubt one of the top 10 worst films I have ever, ever seen. Completely an utterly pointless. Unoriginal, drab and an absolute non story.

Don't do it to yourself. She is priddy, though.

I've heard it compared to Cormac McCarthys Blood Meridian ?

It was only on a very limited release too, where did you watch it ?

Went to see War of the Planet of the Apes last night and thought it was okay, but nothing special.

Thought Woody Harleson stole it, as the mad Colonel tbh, with some fine Nicholas Cage over acting ( MEGA ACTING )

I liked the way they tipped a massive nod to Apocalypse Now with the end sequences.

7/10 from me.
