Eye in the Sky, absolutely brilliant, 8/10. Very intense film, pulled off expertly. Good to see Aaron Paul do something excellent after Breaking Bad too.

Just finished watching the midnight opening of the new Wonder Woman film. Easily the best DC film so far. It seems they're learning from the mistakes in MOS, BvS and Suicide Squad. One of the best superhero films done in years. Apart from little things that might irritate long-time fans of the character this film was prefect. 10/10.

went over the top in a ww1 trench and battered some Germans. Somehow felt a little disrespectful/silly to me.
But other than that it's pretty good. And she is really really really fit.

Train To Busan
South Korean zombie flick set predominantly on a train. I'm partial to a good zombie film but 90% of them are terrible. This is in the good 10% and well worth a watch.

Cantankerous pops and exasperated son head on on interstate odyssey to claim a million dollars and reconnect with old acquaintances along the way. Shot in black and white, not a great deal happens, the lead role barely says a word. It's absolutely fantastic.

I can see why you'd think it was silly but I really don't think it was disrespectful. I think the monstrosity of a film, Dunkirk is grossly offensive and wildly inaccurate just based on the trailers never mind the film itself
Seriously if that scene was wrong and disrespectful then so was the whole orignal premise of the first Captain America film.

Saw this last night - good fun and boss " MEGA " acting from Jonny Depp.
Javier Bardem is very good as they ghostly villian too.

Damn didn't know Javier Bardem was in it. He's absolutely brilliant in No Country For Old Men. One of my all-time favorite baddies!
