Last Film You Watched

Just finished watching the midnight opening of the new Wonder Woman film. Easily the best DC film so far. It seems they're learning from the mistakes in MOS, BvS and Suicide Squad. One of the best superhero films done in years. Apart from little things that might irritate long-time fans of the character this film was prefect. 10/10.

Seeing this at the weekend. Honestly thought it would be crap, so now quite looking forward to it.

Wonder Woman (2017)

Well I wasn't expecting that. It's actually quite good and easily the best in this modern DC world type thing.

I felt a little uncomfortable at one point where she...

went over the top in a ww1 trench and battered some Germans. Somehow felt a little disrespectful/silly to me.

But other than that it's pretty good. And she is really really really fit.

I can see why you'd think it was silly but I really don't think it was disrespectful. I think the monstrosity of a film, Dunkirk is grossly offensive and wildly inaccurate just based on the trailers never mind the film itself

Seriously if that scene was wrong and disrespectful then so was the whole orignal premise of the first Captain America film.

Disrespectful was perhaps over the top. Just a thought that popped in my head while watching it.

No biggy though. Still enjoyed the film a lot.

I saw Alien Covenant today...very good movie.
I went with low expectations because the general critique on here was underwhelming.

Rate it a 7.5/10...will watch again
