Watched half of Kong Island this morning. I'll watch the rest tonight.
Wasn't anything to write home about though.
Nothing really happens.
Some of the breasts are awesome; amazing what CGI is capable of these days.
I thought that too

Vies with Amelie for my favourite film ever. Named our eldest daughter after Olive Hoover. We watched Little Miss Sunshine again about American Children's Beauty Pageants (amongst other things)
Its a brilliant film illuminated by Alan Arkin's foul mouthed, heroin and cocaine using grandfather
If youve never seen it, its brilliant, watch it![]()
Wow, I think Olive is one of the best characters I've seen in 20 yearsVies with Amelie for my favourite film ever. Named our eldest daughter after Olive Hoover.

The only recent b/w movies I can think of are "a girl walks home alone" Eraserhead( not the Arnie one) and begotten none of them are particularly scary tho the last two mentioned will wreck your headAfter a pretty weak attempt on twitter, can anyone guide me towards the horror film spoken about a while back on here (cba going through 875 pages), it was spoken about as probably the darkest or most horrific horror film to date, had something unique about it like it was either silent or black/white. Sure it was like the exorcist but 100 times scarier.
Lack of info I know, but as soon as someone mentions the name or posts a picture I will know.
Watched Insidious 2 last night, I liked it more than number 1.

I'd maybe say A Girl Walks Alone at Night, it's not that scary but is unique. Depends what you find scary really. Under the Shadow is good too, again more unique than most.
Could easily be wrong with both.
The Babadook is a bit more like The Exorcist, I guess.
