Just watched Django Unchained finally, bit of Tarantino madness with some top performances from some top actors, 8.5/10.

Going to have to find another modern Western to watch now.

Going to watch the Fantastic Beast films at the weekend, which im sure ill enjoy. Did anyone see the latest Jack Reacher film? Still cant get my head round the casting of Tom Cruise as a character who is meant to be 6ft 5 in the books. Thought the first film was ok as a stand alone film but paled in comparison to the book.

Great little cinema and you know that you're money is going to good use, rather than some faceless multi national company ;)

the remake of 3.10 to Yuma, is not bad and worth a watch.

Isn't there a scene in Cannonball Run where the Chinese lads have a TV in their car, and they start watching an 'adult movie'? I think I first watched that film when I was about 6, and remember thinking 'hello, what's going on here then?!'

Of all of them Cannonball Run 1 is the one I can't remember most about but I can believe it.

Shame (2011) - Drama directed by Steve McQueen and starring Michael Fassbender and Carey Mulligan.
Story of a man obsessed with sex and how it takes over his life. Intermingled is his relationship with his sister.

Never watched it properly before so I did and thought it was really good. It's quite full on and semi-depressing but, worth watching.
