obviously I've heard of BFG but never seen film or read the book before but watched it in 3D yesterday, first 3D film I've seen since the 80's I think. She paid as it was her who wanted to see it so that was a bonus. Wasn't expecting much but surprisingly I enjoyed it, thought it was done very well to look at and decent enough story to keep you interested, ending is a bit naff once the Queen gets involved but an enjoyable kids film that I would recommend. Stung her for sweets in there and a KFC on the way home so a winner all round. 7.5/10

Not as good as the previous film. Bit too happy go lucky for my liking. Felt like a next generation movie!

Just watched the Big Short. Decent film and very interesting. To think of all the stuff that was going on 10+years ago between the banks and other financial institutions colluding together.

Very intelligent people who got onto the fact the housing bubble was going to collapse a year or so before it happened and made hundreds of millions.

Deffo worth a watch if your interested in that sort of thing.

New Jason Bourne film. Big fan of the series (Matt Damon) films. Found this one to be good, especially the Athens scene.

Well worth a watch.

It's a really amazing film if you're so mind-numbingly stupid that you think there's a possibility of anything happening other than Jason Bourne winning at everything. 11/10
