Grand Budapest Hotel yes. Royal Tenenbaums no. Rushmore yes. Fantastic Mr Fox yes.
And also Moonrise Kingdom I really enjoyed.
Wes Anderson is a bit marmite for some people. But at least you know you're always gonna get top notch actors playing ridiculous parts. And who doesn't like Bill Murray?
Moonrise Kingdom was absolutely brilliant and totally a Wes Anderson flick.
Every film is clearly a Wes Anderson film...regardless if you like them or not. I happen to like them all for the shear beauty of their quirks and his clear style. Not many that I know can say this is a 'insert name film' film by XXXX'...All of Wes' films do that
