Last Film You Watched

Just finished The Matrix.

The opening act was painful, sort of picked up and I didn’t mind the idea behind it and how it sort of tied together. A few massive holes that were glossed over, but I was enjoying it to a point.

But that final act just bombed it for me.

A special mention to Neil Patrick Harris who just owned every scene he was in, he was head and shoulders above everyone else.

Maybe it would have been better if it had been written before they had their ops

*legs it

Watched a bit of Don't Look Up.

It felt like a rich kid, which a Banksy canvas on his wall, was making a film project for college.
Watched it last night, I get what you mean, it felt a bit earnest and obvious. Trite, even. I thought it was a depressingly accurate reflection of the state we're in, though, in parts. I had nightmares about trying to save my family from the apocalypse last night. Picked the wrong day to run out of weed lol

Should I try watching it again? Literally got to the point where he walked into his bosses office and had a flashback of Agent Smith - said 'nope' and left.

Good job my cinema pass is like £12 a month
