Watched it first time around, thought it was really good and changed my opinion of Tom Hiddleston, as I always thought he was a bit of a perfumed ponce.

Alternative take - Uncle Monty sometimes uses his acting skills to pretend to be a rough and ready working class labourer type and it is he who scrawled the graffiti in the pub bogs.
Hmm... British made, but US set period (80's) alien invasion spooker that goes in a very unique and unexpected direction. Owes a debt to several other films (beyond the obvious) but punches well above its budgetary weight with a solid cast and script, fine effects, tight direction and a nice score.
Doesn't entirely pull it off but worth a look @COYBL25
On Prime, but not for much longer I don't think.

crock of gold, the shane macgowan story. some life he led, its a miracle he's still alive. good watch.
Tenet. Was like a bad computer game script, didn’t have a clue what was going on but was also thoroughly enjoyable.

Scottish thriller where a pair of friends go hunting om the highlands but things go badly wrong.
Its a simple plot but really well executed. A cast of nobody I'd ever heard of perform excellently.
Recommend.

Think its one of those movies that, the more you watch, the more you appreciate the attention to detail and when you do its borderline brilliant. But the fact it is so hard to follow is a big downside. I get that the viewer is meant to understand and work things out at the same pace as the Protagonist but I think things just happen too fast and would have benefitted from being slower paced with some dialogue hints like Inception had.
Source code is a really good example of quality film making. Doesn’t try to cram in too much, keeps to a relatively simple narrative but is also tense and original and sticks with you after viewing.
