The premise is brilliant:

Lovely wife dies of a terminal disease.
Leaves him a cute Beagle pup so he can feel again.
Nasty Russian monsters break in, best him up, kill his pup and steak his car.

So you immediately you’re on his side and want him to kill them all slowly.

Switched it off after an hour (and i never do that) honestly one of the most boring films I've ever watched with a block of wood as the lead

I normally hate films like this, but I love the John Wick franchise.


Suspend reality, remove brain and enjoy.

I was suprised at how much I disliked it as I can re-watch 80's and early 90's action movies 50 times, but somewhere along the lines it just missed something for me. Might be that Reeves is the tom davies of acting in that I genuinely can't work out how he made it, usually chobb like that gets cut out in the filtration process, I'm sure he is dead nice on the subway but he is painful to watch.

A very long but watchable film. Edward Norton plays a private detective who suffers from Tourette's and working for a struggling agency. His boss, Bruce Willis, seems to have found a money spinner which may just cause more problems than it solves ...

Watched my Octopus Teacher last night... thought I would find the narrative annoying from the previews but to be fair didn’t bug me... got very attached to the little guy. Beautiful underwater shots... great for the whole family.
