I watched Whiplash the other day. Great performance from JK Simmons and I loved the soundtrack. I really like Damien Chazelle, First Man was awesome too. I suppose I should watch La La Land but it's never really appealed to me for some unknown reason.

It's not that tricky. You watch a scene, and at the time it doesn't make sense. But generally within 5 to 20 min something happens and it clicks into place. You, the viewer do your own little time journey.

The only thing that isn't clear is who was Neil.
