Turned it off after about an hour and will try and watch again another night. Struggling with the concept that he didn't die to be honest....

Nolan's movies are always overhyped nonsence.

I can kinda get that as you have to buy into the theme. I finally managed to finish inception the other day after finding it too ridiculous previously. Memento is still class though

What did people make off l’lmortale Gomorrah film last night

Before watching it, I thought this was going to be a reprise of the Ciro character and his escapades from the past.
Trying not to spoil things, as you know it was anything but.
A bit slow off the mark to begin with but once I accepted what the reality was, I thought it was ok.
Again we can't discuss too much but I'm left wondering what form any future series of Gomorrah will look like,.

Agree mostly with your post.
One of the attractions for me on the Gomorrah series are the locations. I have mixed and fond memories of Napoli from my sea going days.
They do add to the stories in a big way especially the nightime shoots.
