Last Film You Watched

Not gonna lie, actually really enjoyed The New Mutants despite all the terrible reviews. Think people went in watching with the wrong expectations and compared it to the X-Men franchise when it really shouldn’t be. Was a bit crap at times but overall I had fun and it wasn’t too long.

I am a massive nerd though so maybe that’s why I liked it. Thought it was better than Dark Phoenix anyway.

A Terry Gilliam film. I guess you either love them or hate them. This took a while to get going and then becomes a grand tale of a cobbler persuaded to play Don Quixote in a movie which leads him to believe that he has found his true identity...

@Nymzee even though I didn’t have a clue what was going on most of the time I loved it lol

Kenneth Branagh was brilliant as the baddie, reminded me of Alan Rickman in Die Hard, but much more brutal.

Cracking entertainment and it was great to be back in the cinema again.

Honestly how confusing was it? Way, way worse than the Inception concept. I was okays with the inverted bullets and stuff but after that I just couldn’t keep up at all.

Saw Tenet this afternoon. Always good to see Nolan's film's in the cinema. Thought I was managing to keep up with it until about halfway (I probably wasn't), but then just gave in the whole WTF?-ery of it all. Liked both Washington & R-Patz, and Debicki also good. Think Nolan may have nowhere to go in the time-bending chicanery stakes after this one, as Inception will now be viewed as Tenet-lite.

An earthy drama of drug dealers and cops and feds and a want out informer. Some familiar faces and a largely familiar story line but a well made, enjoyable movie nonetheless...

Thought Kenneth Branagh stole it as the Uber baddie
